Oralia Acosta is a Certified Health Coach and Wellness Chef. Her emphasis is on proper diet and nutrition. Oralia recognizes that we each have our own bio-individuality and focuses on what works best for us and our bodies. Oralia also follows the latest research and information on health and eating styles. She is always curious and always open to learn new ideas.
