GETTING STARTED
Register for an account. You can do this at the https://rosenberg.kanopy.com/ webpage or via the free app (for iOS or Android devices). You will need to provide an active library card number and an email address, and you’ll be asked to create a password. This is the only time you’ll need to use your library card number.
After you have signed up or signed in, you will see a search bar at the top of the screen, a drop-down menu to browse by genre, a “Kids” icon, and account access. Account access provides you with playlists, viewing history, and a dashboard with personalized offerings. The number in the box next to your name is the number of views you have for the month.
You can also scroll down the screen to view all of Kanopy’s offerings by “New to Kanopy”, “Kanopy Staff Picks”, “Popular Movies”, and other topics and genres. You can then scroll right to view the offerings under each section.
