Welcome to the Rosenberg Library’s Special Events page. Before you make a reservation, please be sure to read all the policies and guidelines below.
Purpose of Special Events
With the recent renovation of Trustees Hall, along with our additional event spaces, Rosenberg Library’s Downtown Galveston location and historic significance make it an ideal place to hold a special event. While all of the Library’s meeting rooms are available for non-profits to reserve, we envision our special events programming to include ticketed charity events & fundraisers, as well as, accommodation of programs outside of our regular operating hours.
Rosenberg Library does not accept reservations for purely social functions such as birthday parties, family reunions, showers, weddings or wedding-related events, etc.
