The Rosenberg Library’s Computer Lab offers free 45-minute digital assistance appointments for adults to assist with needs just like these and more.
Examples of things we can assist with:
- Creating an email account
- Conducting an online job search
- Accessing, saving, and submitting forms and applications
- Creating a document, spreadsheet, or presentation slide deck
- Using Google Docs and Google Drive (requires an active Gmail or Google account)
- Using the library’s digital resources (Databases, Libby, Hoopla, etc.)
Things library staff members cannot do:
- Advise you regarding legal, medical, or financial matters
- Provide tax assistance
- Tutor or provide academic instruction
- Proofread or edit documents
- Provide technical support for your personal device
Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, dependent upon staff availability. Requests should be submitted a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the appointment time desired.
